I've been an ADI for over 25years and found Sally's Zooms on the Standards Check Test, fun, interactive and extreamly informative.

Sally has given me some great tools and strategies to compliment and simplify my own teaching techniques.

There were some amazing lightbulb moments, which I've already implemented in the car. I noticed an almost immediate effect on clients to reach their goals thus reducing stress levels all round!! In fact every lesson is amazing me.

So if your thinking about your own CPD, Sign Up it's worth 6hrs and its also certificated.

Thanks Sally, really looking forward to next weeks workshop

I highly recommend Sally's training courses. They are suitable for all Adi and Pdi's. You are encouraged to ask questions in a none judgemental environment. It's very informative and thoroughly enjoyable way of training doing it via zoom so no travelling time. You get a 10 minute break in the session also. Thank you very much Sally

Having done a few free zoom lessons over lockdown I decided to also do some paid courses with Sally, really enjoyed them as they put my mind at rest and also refreshed my memory and I got some very good tips on both “part 3 & SC” also the Q&A sessions.

Value for money 100%

Entertaining. 100%

Educational. 100%

Thought provoking 100%

Would I do more 100%

The other benefit is that Sally is always at the end of a phone either call or text to give advice.

Thank you for your guidance

A lovely lady, very honest and adaptable. Will go very far in this field.

Helped me out when I did my standards check, so glad I came to you, can’t thank you enough.....Highly recommend

Just completed a 1 to 1, SC training course with Sally. OMG, what can I say - very informative, helpful, interesting, non-judgemental, friendly etc. etc. One of the best courses I've done.

This is a 3 part course , over a week, covering Lesson Planning/Risk Management/Teaching & Learning Strategies. Sally covers all 17 competencies in detail but in 'simple English', which is really easy to understand. There is plenty of time in between to reflect and put into practice the skills taught.

Really enjoyed the course and would highly recommend it to anyone approaching their SC or Part 3, or anyone wanting to enhance their skills.

Thank you so much Sally. I feel I am now more confident and that I can put into practice what you taught to enable me to enhance my skills. I've also been asking myself 'can I ask instead of tell?' and its working. Thank you again.

Just completed Sally's 3 day Standards Check course. The course is three 2hr sessions, which I feel is perfect timings. Time between gives time to reflect and absorb the information given. Sally is very knowledgeable and the pace of the course is great. An open learning environment where all are encouraged to participate. I have a special thank you for Sally for working with me to find suitable dates for my coaching, I was unable to attend a number of courses Sally had set dates for, so we had good communication and built up a rapport and found dates that I was free and a course was scheduled for. I greatly appreciated the communication to allow me to attend the sessions. Overall a fantastic course and if anyone is worried about the Standards Check get in touch with Sally, you won't regret it.  Sally once again thank you for your time, take care, I will be in touch in the future.

I have just completed an ADI part 3/Standards Check workshop with Sally. I have known her through the driving industry for around 8 years now, and her vivacious enthusiasm has never diminished. If anything its got stronger!

Her desire to improve the driver training industry is infectious and makes you want to do better for her as much as for yourself. The workshop was split over 3 days with a couple of days between each session to allow the information to be absorbed, which I think is a great idea, as opposed to doing a full day and being bombarded with information, which is quite taxing and difficult to take in.

It is also great value for money and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Sally to other driver trainers.

Thank you, 5*****

If you are looking for an ORDIT trainer for PDI and SC or even CPD I can’t recommend Sally enough.  Her wealth of knowledge is outstanding and diverse, I particularly benefited from her ability to getting you thinking deep about subjects and teaching techniques.

All of Sally’s training sessions including her online courses are non judgmental, in-depth and above all engaging and fun!

Sally is professional, approachable, helpful, very friendly putting you at ease.

As an ADI I attended the standards check course hosted by Sally and found it extremely informative and useful, even though my check is not due until next year I wanted a refresher to ensure my coaching sessions were on a par with DVSA requirements, so even if you don't have a standards check imminently I would definitely recommend attending a training session with Sally.

I trained with Sally to become an ADI and can honestly say that I found the course excellent and very enjoyable. With 30 years domestic driving experience I thought I didn't have much to learn - boy was I wrong! Sally has extensive knowledge and experience in the industry and it shows.

Her teaching style is diverse, using a range of techniques to make the training fun and never boring. She recognises when you are having difficulty or just experiencing information overload and adapts the training accordingly.

She has drive and passion and wants everyone she trains to be the best they can be which is very motivating. If you are considering becoming a driving instructor (or wish to improve your current skills as an existing instructor) do not hesitate to get in touch with Sally!

Sally helped me a lot during my part 3 to become an ADI. I have just completed a workshop with her for my standards check. With the extensive knowledge she has in the industry the course as help me improve a lot as a driving instructor.

I would recommend her to anyone who wants to pass their part 3 or help with their standards check. The course was set out in 3 days which also helped me alot to reflect back on what we had done. Thank you Sally and I hope to use you again.

I recently participated in a number of ZOOM sessions, hosted by Sally, which covered all competencies in the part 3/standards check. As a PDI, I found each of the sessions invaluable and i feel that I have gained a sound understanding of the expectations of the part 3 test.

The ZOOM meetings allowed for discussions, questions and time to reflect which was extremely useful. I would highly recommend anyone to take part whether you are new to driving or to refresh your knowledge. Overall the training sessions have been excellent value for money due to the amount of topics covered and wealth of knowledge that Sally provides.

A big thank you to Training SALutions for organising the standards check webinars, I am still going through the notes taken during the sessions and putting them into real practice with live learners.

Guess what? It makes real sense and works!! I have my part 3 PDI test looming and feel that I am in safe hands to be totally prepared for the final part of my journey with Sally as my instructor and coach.

I thought the PDI part two in car training I had with Sally was so informative and to the point. This allowed me to focus on the drive criteria and go into the test fully prepared, expertly advised on what to expect and given real advice on how to prepare myself for the Part 2 test.

The style of training goes above and beyond, always challenging and stretching to get the best out of my time during the training sessions.

A very professional and highly qualified trainer giving the very best for success to the trainee. A massive thank you from me, I will pass part 3!!

For those who unfortunately haven't heard of Sally Kaur or her vast experience, knowledge and more importantly her understanding of everything in relation to helping Clients of all abilities to develop and become their best version. Sally is the most honest & helpful person I've met and have the privileged to known since 2013.

Through conversations with Sally over the years my understanding of the Nationals Standards for Riders/Drivers & the Standards Check has greatly increased by sharing each others thoughts & feeling in relation to the content of both documents.

We still have these conversations now to actually help both of us to gain greater understanding of the documents and what it then means for us....to both give our best/be our best to every Client we come into contact with to achieve their personal/profession goals.

The Clients can be from all backgrounds, experience of using vehicles and those wanting to become or develop has Coaches within this industry (unfortunately NOT classed as a Profession ). To add to that we have in the past worked together facilitating workshops on the GDE Matrix & Standards Check for the local ADI Association.

If you are interested in Professional Development for yourself in relation to the Standards Check..then the Zoom sessions with Sally you'll find are great value & money well spent has an investment in yourself and chosen career

Yo, if you need driving lessons in the Stoke area, get in touch with Sally Kaur at

Training SALutions!

When I was actively taking lessons, I didn't fully understand any of the maneuvers or the actual correct way to drive at all. Tried a few instructors, failed my test twice then gave up for a while. After a few months, I was ready to try again and got in touch with Sally.

Through her help, the areas that I previously didn't understand started making sense and I passed my test EASILY. Like, literally no sweat at all, because it all made sense to me at that point.

Highly recommend her. Hands down, the best driving instructor around.
