Standards Training & Part 3 Standards Zoom Course

Due to COVID 19, not wanting to leave us anytime soon, I have decided to keep the cost low, at just £75

Let me help you have a deeper understanding of why DVSA put the National Standards for Driver and Rider Training (NSDR) together; also to better understand how each of the 17 competencies help to deliver that ever important 'Client Centred' Lesson.

The course will be delivered over three days, 2 hours a time and it is completed within a week.

We go through each of the 17 competences within the 3 main sections of the assessment sheet. Lesson Planning, Risk Management and Teaching and Learning Strategies (6hrs in total)

The 3 Sessions will be:

Session one - Lesson Planning

Session two - Risk management

Session three - Teaching and Learning Strategies

The course is structured so you have some time in between each session to reflect. Throughout the 3 sessions we shall discuss the DVSA temporary COVID changes.

The two main changes ADIs and PDIs are showing concerns about are:

• The assessment will be for 45 minutes with 40 minutes of ‘wheels moving’

• You are only allowed to take a partly trained, trained or full licences holder, a beginner will NOT be acceptable

Please take a look at some heart-warming reviews (which have been very kindly) left by recent and past attendees and can be found on my Training SALutions FB page.

If you are interested and would like more information about this course or how to book and confirm your place, please contact me via a private FB messenger, email or phone and I will be happy to discuss it further with you.

I am also available to chat about anything relating to your upcoming Part 3 or Standards Check.

Kind Regards

Sally Kaur

Questioning tools and Techniques Zoom Workshop’

The introductory total cost of the course is £85.

There is often a belief that asking questions is being client centred.

If you are looking for a deeper understanding into What, When and How to ask questions then come along and let me help you better understand what tools and techniques you can use.

This is a five hour course delivered over two sessions:

Session one -What, and How to ask questions

Session two – Tools to structure a coaching conversation

To keep it client centred, there are a limited number of spaces, a maximum of 9.

As an introductory offer, I am keeping the price low so I can help as many ADIs and PDIs as possible. The total cost of the course is £75.

If you are interested and would like more information about this course or how to book and confirm your place, please contact me via a private FB messenger, email or phone and I will be happy to discuss it further with you.
